Care Worker.

Overview

Ronti Care Solutions is looking for an outstanding candidate to join our growing team.

Some of the responsibilities will include :

· Liaising with Service Users, families, care staff and other professional to ensure an efficient service provision and resolve complaints.

· Support with medications as prescribed

. working with children and young people with additional needs.

· Help client with personal care task such as washing/shower, dressing etc

· Support with meal preparation

· Support or supervise transfers

· Support client with shopping

· Safeguarding clients.

· Support with housework

Ideally, we are looking for

•  Experience working with Children and young people with additional needs
•  Qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent
•  Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Word and Excel.
•  Ability to learn new software packages
•  Organised and good customer service skills as you will be the first point of call to all staff and clients
•  Willingness to undertake care calls in the community.
