Care Worker.

Overview

SuppLiCan Care and Support is a provider of home care services across Dorset. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals in need. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Homecare Assistants to join our team and make a positive difference in the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:

1.  Providing personal care and support services to clients in their homes based on their individual care plans.
2.  Assisting clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
3.  Supporting clients with mobility and transfers as needed.
4. Building a strong rapport with clients and their families to ensure their comfort and well-being.
5.  Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients’ health or behaviour to the care team.
6.  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.

Requirements:

•  Previous experience in a similar role a requirement.
•  Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•  Reliable and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
•  Must have a valid driver’s license.
