Domiciliary Health Care Assistant.

Overview

First Central Care Ltd is looking for full-time and part-time Healthcare Assistants to work in our Thurrock and surrounding areas in patients’ homes. This position is for a weekly shift pattern.

Schedule: Monday to Sunday.

Duties:

• Assist patients with personal care in their home environment.
• Assist in preparing meals and help feed patients.
• Assist patients with mobility.
• Complete comprehensive documentation of their notes.
• Assist with scheduling and confirm appointments.
• Perform clean-up duties such as cleaning up after using crockery and cutlery, and make the bed.
• assist patients with their medication.
• Document in the system (CMS) as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Education: Preferred community healthcare assistance experience. Training will be provided upon hire.

Experience: Previous experience in healthcare preferred, but not required.

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred).

Experience:

• Home care: 1 year (preferred).

Language:

• English (preferred).

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required).
