Key Responsibilities

As a Home Care Worker, you will be expected to:

•  Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and support in clients’ homes
•  Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, washing, dressing, and toileting
•  Support meal preparation, medication administration, and mobility assistance
•  Provide emotional support, companionship, and promote independence
•  Accurately record care visits using our electronic system
• ·Adhere to CareYourWay’s policies, safeguarding standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Essential:

•  A genuine passion for helping others.
•  Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship available).
•  Willingness to undergo enhanced DBS check.
•  A strong command of written and spoken English.

Desirable:

• Previous experience in care (not essential – full training provided).
• Your own accommodation (this role does not provide staff accommodation).
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (required).
