Overview

Primary Carers 24/7 are seeking dedicated Home Care Assistants to work in the community. We require individuals who have a genuine passion for working in care and making a real difference to the lives of others with a person-centred approach. At the moment we require carers who hold a full UK driving licence. We also have sponsorship available for exceptional candidates. 

This is a community-based position providing support and quality care to individuals in their own homes to enable them to live securely and independently. Supporting and assisting them in daily living tasks, such as meal preparation, administering medication, personal care and maintaining personal hygiene.

Every day will present a unique challenge as we support vulnerable people to achieve the best life. Working as a small team to accomplish the tasks and communicating effectively within the care circle so that they feel protected.

REQUIREMENTS:

  •  RIGHT TO WORK – Proof required of your right to work in the UK.
  •  COMMUNICATION – Must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  •  COMPLIANCE – Satisfactory enhanced DBS checks and references.
