Our client, at J K 3 Enterprise Ltd- based at Leicester, are looking an Online Sales Assistant due to its continuous growth in business of online sales. To cater the growing demand and business expansion, the business has decided to recruit a Online Sales Assistant who handles all the online seller accounts on various platform and promote them to social media. The Online Sales Assistant oversee the day-to-day operations online, coordinate with team, delivering top-notch customer service in the online shopping of the business. We expecting the ideal candidate who have experience as an Online Sales Assistant or relevant industry with online sales knowledge on different platforms. The ideal candidate will possess passion and deep enthusiasm for the online sales industry, marketing skills, and understanding of products and deep knowledge of high demand and competitive E-commerce industry. Key Responsibilities:

1) Online seller account handling, product listing, pricing, costing and selecting the online target customer database.
2) Check the in-stock products and online availability for buying listing products.
3) Research the product to understand market value and trends.
4) Analysis the market and suggest the relevant products to the customers according to their current purchase and offers to make a combo.
5) List the product online and make sure the right category of the product to be listed online.
6) Provide support to colleagues and management within the scope of day-to-day operations.
7) Select the product photographs and upload them according to the business requirements.
8) Analyze other sellers, identifying which product does well and what strategies we should test.
9) Promote the product via web portals, influencers and social media posts.
10) Track the order from processing, packing, dispatching and until deliver to the customer.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  •  GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  •  Previous experience in online sales with any E-commerce.
  •  Online sales training would be added as an advantage.
  •  Must have a knowledge of current products in trends.
  •  Detail knowledge of various processes of online selling, competitive products and global trends with target region and customer.
  •  Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  •  Preferably, hold training in any online sales industry.

 

Salary & Benefits:

  •  £32,000.00 – £36000 per year, depending on experience.
  •  Annual holidays.
  •  Sponsorship is available for deserving candidate. Overseas candidates can
