Overview

As a Registered Manager, Your key responsibilities include;

1.  Lead the daily operations of the home, ensuring smooth running and high standards of care.
2.  Safeguard young people, following all policies and procedures.
3.  Create and review individual care plans to meet each young person’s needs.
4.  Train and support staff to deliver quality care.
5.  Maintain compliance with Ofsted regulations and relevant legislation.
6.  Manage budgets and ensure financial accountability.
7.  Build positive relationships with young people, families, and stakeholders.
8.  Keep accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements

•  Experience in residential childcare at least for one year in Deputy position with proven leadership skills.
•  Strong knowledge of legislation, regulations, and safeguarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
